Our Seminars are geared toward the Personal Trainer AND the Yoga athlete. We aim to educate on both the strength and conditioning aspects of yoga, along with mechanics of Steel Mace. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge, skill and application tactics for teaching a Steel Mace Vinyasa in a group setting as well as one on one. Expect varied learning environments, clear learning objectives, class templates and coaching tactics.

Lastly, this cost includes option to apply for use of Steel Mace Vinyasa trademark at your studio.
